Controversy over flood polder on the Danube

Since the flood disaster of 2013, the state government planned a whole series of polders on the Bavarian Danube. But then CSU and FW have suddenly said goodbye to the two projects. Experts consider the flood polders necessary because they are designed for disasters in which even the new dams and dikes threaten to fail.
