HKC e.V. pursues charitable aims to promote science and research, as well as education, consulting and training in all matters relating to flood and heavy rain risk management.
To realise this holistic approach, the HKC develops, imparts and networks expertise at all levels, from universities and national and international institutions, to local authorities and planning offices, to manufacturers of protective materials and people and citizens' initiatives who are directly affected.
