The interactive brochure is aimed at municipalities that want to strengthen their resilience to flood and heavy rainfall events in times of climate change. You can find it in the new Risk Communication for Local Authorities section of our website.

The brochure introduces the HKC network and emphasises the importance of active risk communication. It offers practical approaches and helpful methods to promote risk dialogue between municipalities and citizens. The aim is to raise awareness of flood risks and strengthen the population's own preparedness.
