The counsellors met for a workshop on the topic of Infomobil!

Last Wednesday, our counsellors met at the office for a workshop on the Infomobiles.
The aim was to analyse and improve processes and communication and to further develop the Infomobiles.
The various topics were worked out in groups and then presented. We are constantly trying to improve our counsellors and the mobiles in order to guarantee the best possible advice for our interested parties.

The workshop was very productive and a lot of fun for all participants.
We would like to thank the entire counselling team for almost 100 assignments and over 2,000 consultations last year!
