KaVoMa – web talk ‘Vulnerability and criticality of the education system – are nurseries and schools actually CRITICAL?’
On Tuesday, 13 January 2026, at 6 p.m., the eleventh web talk on disaster preparedness will take place via Zoom. Under the title ‘Vulnerability and criticality of the education system – are daycare centres and schools actually critical infrastructure?’ Prof. Dr. Harald Karutz will talk about the role and vulnerability of the education system in crisis situations.
The event series is organised by the Master's programme in Disaster Prevention and Management at the University of Bonn in cooperation with the Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe (BBK, Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance). It is aimed at experts and interested parties from the fields of disaster prevention and crisis management.
