The Hochwassernotgemeinschaft Rhein e. V. (Rhine Flood Emergency Association) invites its members and interested parties to its 2025 general meeting on 20 November 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room 4 (4th floor) of Stadtwerke Neuss, Moselstraße 24, 41464 Neuss. The agenda includes a welcome by Chairwoman Ulrike Franzke and Mayor Rainer Breuer, a greeting from the Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport of North Rhine-Westphalia, activity and financial reports, by-elections to the Executive Board, the presentation of the 2024/2025 Flood Award, and specialist presentations on flood forecasting on the Rhine.
