DWA-HochwasserTag in Dortmund

On 8 November 2023, the DWA HochwasserTag took place in Dortmund on the topic of "Floods and heavy rainfall in densely populated urban areas" in cooperation with the Emschergenossenschaft / Lippeverband. At this event, our Managing Director Georg Johann was on site with a presentation.
At the DWA's HochwasserTag, Georg Johann discussed how to deal with extreme heavy rainfall and flooding. He concluded that there is an urgent need to provide the public with more information to enable them to take effective precautions.
