On 11 and 12 September, the DWA Dike Days will take place in Essen and provide an insight into the world of flowing waters!
With presentations from the fields of research and teaching as well as a technical tour of the Emscher dyke in Essen-Karnap.
The content of the event includes the information sheets DWA-M 507-1 and 507-2 ‘Dykes on watercourses’, DWA-M 512-1 ‘Sealing systems in hydraulic engineering’, the corresponding DWA thematic volume and DIN 19712 ‘Flood protection systems on watercourses’.
